Out of the parks that we have visited in Everett, WA one of my favorites is Forrest Park. It has climbing structures, swings, slides, a spray park and a petting zoo and get this... it is ALL FREE!

- Large playground area with slides and climbing things, etc
- Petting Zoo on site
- Picnic Tables for picnicking and large grassy fields
- Trails for walking
- Did not see any specific toddler playground equipment
